  • Danni Andrew Creates - I am an author, artist and clothing designer - My artwork consists of oil on canvas with the American Southwest including both landscape and still life. I also paint in acrylic using acrylic pour and Dutchpour. I am a clothing designer using tie dye on t-shirts, bandannas, fabric for making clothing and other options. I also find articles of clothing at yard sales, thrift stores and other locations to recycle them/ 'Glam" them up! I will re-dye them if they need it, add lace, ribbon or whatever else is needed to make these clothing pieces new again. My new pieces of clothing are from my own collection which is also called - Metamorphosis. As an author, I have published five books about living successfully with depression and bipolar disorder. I have been doing this for over twenty years. Two of these books are interactive color books. I believe active hobbies are good for managing depression.

  • Clara LeMoyne is a Durango, CO-based jewelry maker and designer. Her jewelry draws on many inspirations---the colors of her childhood in Miami, the energy of New York City, the moments of inspiration she’s found while living and traveling in Europe and South America, to name a few. The strongest influence on her work, however, is the desert of the American Southwest.

In the almost three years since Clara has been making jewelry, her work and her style have continued to change and evolve. She began working primarily with metal and semi-precious stones and has since expanded her lines to include acrylic, vinyl, and rubber-coated metals. She is now playing with polymer clay and hopes to soon learn silversmithing.

While based in Durango (with her three crazy kittens), Clara continues to travel through the desert, selling her work as she goes. You can find her work regularly carried by stores in Tucson, Albuquerque, Truth or Consequences, Durango, Pagosa Springs, Ouray, Silverton, Telluride, and Glenwood Springs, CO.

  • Art and Music have been my passions since childhood. I received my B.F.A. from St. Lawrence University and my M.C. from Arizona State University.

My artistic pursuits include plein air painting, photography, and throwing functional stoneware pottery. I taught Art in the public schools in Arizona for 33 years.

Durango and the beauty of the mountains beckoned. The natural world is my inspiration and I love the vibrancy of pastel. Having thrown pots since college, there is still magic in opening the gas kiln!

Celtic and French Canadian Fiddle captivated me upon hearing the music of Master Fiddler, Louis Beaudoin. I play with the Celtic Band, Truckely Howe, featuring Ed Webb on flute and whistles, Steve Martin on Octave Mandolin and tenor banjo, Patrick Dressen on guitar, Erick Morningstar on Bodran and Bouzouki, and Susan Vidal on whistle and cello.

  • I've always had a passion for creating and have dabbled here and there over the years. But, after unexpectedly losing my young brother, Jake, in February 2020 I realized that life is too short and can be taken from you without notice. This made me reevaluate so many things in life, one thing was my passion for creating and how important it is to do what you love and take risks.

I dove into my passion after losing Jake, with the unconditional support of my loving husband, Robert. Tuscan Sun Boutique was born in early 2022 when I started selling as a temporary vendor at a local winter market in Southwest Colorado. Tuscan Sun Boutique is named after where Robert and I got married in Tuscany, Italy. Little did we know, our wedding in Tuscany would also be the last trip we'd ever experience with Jake. So Tuscan Sun Boutique, has deep meaning and special place in my heart. I'm very excited to share my creations and a piece of my heart through the handcrafted jewelry and gifts in Tuscan Sun Boutique.

Thank you so much for reading & your support!
